What's eligible for Free Shipping?
Pets Warehouse offers 45,000 products. Free 2-3 day shipping applies to about 15,000 of these products (or ⅓ of our total inventory).
If your ordered product(s) qualifies for free shipping, but one or more of the products in your cart contains do not qualify for free shipping, you will be charged the shipping cost only for those ineligible products.
Important Clarifications:
- Free Shipping does not apply to all products. Due to size and/or weight, certain items bear a shipping surcharge, which will apply no matter the cost.
- Free Shipping is not available for shipments to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes.
- Free Shipping only applies to Standard Shipping to one location within the continental U.S.
